3. Orders & Customization

3.1 Minimum Order

Minimum order quantity: 50 units.

3.2 Custom Printing

We offer logo printing, multi-color printing, size customization, and GSM customization.

3.3 Order Confirmation

Orders are processed only after design approval and advance payment.

3.4 Production Lead Time

Standard production time is 2 weeks.

4. Payment Terms

All payment modes are accepted.
Production begins only after a 50% advance payment.
Balance amount must be paid before dispatch.
No refunds after order confirmation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery available across India.
Shipping charges depend on location/pincode.
Delivery timeline varies based on distance and courier.

6. Warranty & Replacement

Replacement is provided only for damaged items reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Disclaimers

Minor color/GSM variations may occur.
Minor printing shade variations are normal.
Moisture damage due to improper storage is not covered.
Overloading bags voids warranty.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs and templates created by VPACK INDUSTRIES remain our property unless otherwise agreed.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for courier delays, misuse, incorrect specifications, or business losses. Liability is limited to replacement of defective items.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms anytime. Updated versions will be available on our website.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Alappuzha, Kerala.
